在45钢基板上激光熔覆高铬铁基合金耐磨层,获得了合理的工艺参数。对熔覆层进行了金相分析,研究了其回火特性,进行了回火前后的磨损对比试验,测定了熔覆层层深显微硬度的变化,用扫描电镜分析了磨损面。研究表明熔覆层组织均匀细小,450℃回火后激光熔覆层的耐磨性提高了近6倍。
In 45 steel substrate laser cladding high-chromium iron-based alloy wear-resistant layer, access to a reasonable process parameters. The metallurgical analysis of the cladding layer was carried out. The tempering characteristics of the cladding layer were studied. The wear comparison test before and after tempering was carried out. The variation of deep microhardness of the cladding layer was measured. The wear surface was analyzed by SEM. The study shows that the microstructure of the coating is uniform and fine, and the wear resistance of the laser cladding layer after tempering at 450 ℃ increases by nearly 6 times.
