峰峰矿务局拥有职工近9万人,其中干部10028人,专业技术人员7378人,技术工人44061人。党的十一属三中全会以来,峰峰矿务局的职工教育工作紧紧围绕当前生产建设和长远发展的需要,把开发智力和培养人材作为提高企业素质的战略重点来抓。几年来,全局培训职工91182人次,其中干部11222人次,技术工人58363人次。通过培训,职工的政治、文化、技术、管理素质都有了明显的提高,从而促进了企业的技术进步,促进了企业的安全生产,提高了企业的经济效益。
Feng Feng Mining Bureau employs nearly 90,000 people, of which 10,028 cadres, 73,78 professional and technical personnel, skilled workers, 44,061 people. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, workers’ education in Fengfeng Mining Bureau has focused on the current needs of production and construction and long-term development, and has taken the development of intelligence and training of personnel as a strategic priority for improving the quality of enterprises. In the past few years, the number of staff and workers has been 911,812, including 11,222 cadres and 58,363 skilled workers. Through training, the workers’ political, cultural, technical and management qualities have been significantly improved, thus promoting the technological progress of enterprises, promoting the safe production of enterprises and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
