为了研究不同后钝体开口结构对先进旋涡燃烧室(AVC)流场的影响,分别对不同开口角度和开口尺寸的AVC流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,后钝体开口比不开口有明显的优势,可通过选择合适的后钝体开口角度和开口尺寸来优化AVC,实现低压降的稳定燃烧。后钝体开口结构AVC可有效提高凹腔温度并使温度分布更加均匀。对于本文AVC结构的后钝体,半开口角度θ为50°,开口尺寸为2mm时,AVC综合性能最佳。
In order to study the effect of different post-bluff body structures on the flow fields of the advanced vortex combustor (AVC), the AVC flow fields with different opening angles and opening sizes were numerically simulated. The results show that the opening of the bluff body has the obvious advantage over the unopened body. The AVC can be optimized by selecting the appropriate angle of the bluff body and the size of the opening, so as to achieve stable combustion with low pressure drop. After the bluff body open structure AVC can effectively increase the cavity temperature and make the temperature distribution more uniform. For the bluff body of the AVC structure in this paper, the half-opening angle θ is 50 ° and the opening size is 2mm, the AVC performance is the best.
