针对热锻纯KCl晶体中存在的晶粒长大和二次再结晶问题进行了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)单晶的热锻研究。结果表明,锻压温度和润滑剂的选择是晶体锻压成功的关键因素;晶体应力应变曲线呈两阶段硬化特点;适当的掺杂浓度范围是(25~40)×10 ̄(-6)wt-%。作者以360℃锻压温度,50%锻压比成功地锻压出Φ85×(10~15)mm的KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体,并对其锻压前后的机械和光学性能进行了对比测试。
The hot forging of KCl: Sr ~ (2+) single crystal was investigated for the grain growth and secondary recrystallization existing in hot forged pure KCl crystals. The results show that the forging temperature and the choice of lubricant are the key factors for the success of crystal forging. The stress-strain curve of the crystal exhibits a two-stage hardening characteristic. The appropriate doping concentration ranges from 25 to 40 × 10 -6 wt-% . The authors successfully forged Φ85 × (10-15) mm KCl: Sr ~ (2+) crystals with a forging temperature of 360 ℃ and a forging ratio of 50%, and compared their mechanical and optical properties before and after forging.
