作者将自行研制的Z─1型磁性固位体用于非游离端的个别后牙缺失的修复,制做了磁性固位的分部义齿。即将义齿分铸造舌面和颊面两部分制做。将磁性固位体的磁体和衔铁分别置入义齿的两部分中,将义齿的两部分分别从缺隙的舌侧和颊侧戴入,依两者间的磁力使其组合成一整体,利用基牙颈部之倒凹使义齿获得良好的固位与稳定,使义齿兼有可摘义齿和固定桥的优点,为非游离端的个别后牙缺失修复开辟了新的途径。
