由于围岩风化破碎,巷道掘出后围岩处于松散状态,且在上部围岩作用下,顶板极易塌落,造成巷道成形差且支护变形量较大,巷道围岩很难控制,极大地影响了安全生产。文章针对这一问题提出了穿风化带超前注浆+架棚+喷浆支护工艺,有效地控制了巷道变形与顶板塌落的问题。
Due to the weathering and fragmentation of the surrounding rock, the surrounding rock is loose after excavated and the roof is easily collapsed under the action of the upper surrounding rock, resulting in poor formation of the roadway and large deformation of the support. The surrounding rock of the roadway is difficult to control. The earth has affected the safety in production. In order to solve this problem, the paper puts forward the technology of pre-grouting, shelving and shotcrete supporting with weathered belt, which effectively controls the deformation of roadway and the roof collapse.
