我省有些地区,多年来由于种种原因,森林、草场等天然植被遭受破坏,水土流失严重,使许多水库、坝塘淤泥填满,降低了蓄水效益,影响当地生产的正常发展;有的地方一遇暴雨就发生滑坡和泥石流,使国家和人民的生命财产受到损失;有的河床淤浅,过水断面减少,引起河水泛滥成灾;有的草木不生,土中含水量减少,造成不少人、畜饮水困难。这些部严重影响了经济发展,望各地要认真做好水土保持工作。
In some areas of our province, due to various reasons, the natural vegetation such as forests and pastures have been destroyed and soil and water loss have been so severe that many reservoirs and dam ponds have been filled up, reducing the water storage benefits and affecting the normal development of local production. In some places Landslides and mudslides occur on a heavy rain event, causing loss of life and property to the country and its people. Some of the riverbed is shallow and its water cross-section is reduced, causing flooding of the river. Some vegetation is not healthy and water content in the soil is reduced, resulting in no Fewer people, drinking water difficult. These departments have seriously affected the economic development and hope that all localities should conscientiously do their work in soil and water conservation.
