介绍了光交叉连接(OXC) 节点的基本交叉机制、基本结构及评价参数,提出了一种基于半导体光放大器(SOA) 构成光开关的2×2 的光交叉连接节点的结构,测试并分析了实验系统的主要性能参数.实验表明,用SOA 光开关矩阵来构建OXC节点的方案是可行的.
The basic cross mechanism, basic structure and evaluation parameters of optical cross-connect (OXC) nodes are introduced. A 2 × 2 optical cross-connect node structure based on semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA) is proposed. Experimental system of the main performance parameters. Experiments show that it is feasible to construct OXC nodes by SOA optical switch matrix.
