2 保温材料 2.1 纤维状保温材料 2.1.1 普通有碱超细玻璃棉毡采用一般的钠钙硅酸盐玻璃成分制成超细玻璃棉,再经二次加工制得。性能指标:纤维平均直径3～4μm,杂质含量0.1％,密度20～60kg/m~3(在一般保温工程中,当使用温度<100℃时,可采用密度为30～40kg/m~3的制品;当使用温度为100～400℃时,宜采用密度为40～60kg/m~3的制品),吸湿率<1％,平均抗拉强度为34kPa,使用温度为-120～+450℃。制品规格:(800～2400)×600×(20～40)mm。生产厂:江苏南通玻璃一厂、重庆市玻璃纤维厂、吉林柳河玻璃纤维制品厂。 2.1.2 玻璃纤维管道包扎布该包扎布是玻璃棉、岩棉和矿棉及其制品施工时所必备的贴面材料。采用铂金漏板法生产工艺拉制45支原纱,再经退并、整形等工序,最后经1151型自动织布机织成。生产厂:湖北省蒲圻县神山工业公司。 2.1.3 无碱玻璃棉制品
