经济建设快速发展,社会对林木的需求量越来越大,但森林资源的增长速度不能满足该需求,导致森林资源急剧减少,生态平衡受到严重的威胁和破坏。为此,急需寻找解决新时期森林资源林政管理问题的策略,以便更有效地保护森林资源,维护生态平衡。
Rapid economic development and growing demand for trees in the community, but the growth rate of forest resources can not meet this demand, resulting in a sharp reduction in forest resources, ecological balance is seriously threatened and destroyed.
