以相对透光率为指标,采用温度指数法预测了2%乳酸环丙沙星注射液的有效期为4.3年,试验结果表明本品在最佳 pH 值范围(3.4～4.2)内是稳定的;本品可与5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍应用于临床。
