目的:了解北京市西城区2006年～2010年计划生育技术服务机构承担的节育手术数量与质量的基本情况,掌握5年来节育手术种类的变化及影响节育手术质量的主要原因,为避孕节育知情选择及其咨询指导工作提供理论依据,提高全区的计划生育技术服务质量。方法:对北京市西城区21家开展计划生育技术服务的医疗机构上报的2006年～2010年计划生育手术数量与质量月报表进行统计分析。结果:在西城区从事计划生育技术服务的医疗保健机构的计划生育手术总量有逐年下降的趋势;外地户籍的节育手术数量在逐渐上升,并于2009年比例达到51.55%,超过本地户籍;2008年无痛人工流产在流产手术中构成比达30.33%,已经超过普通人工流产构成比;西城区计划生育手术并发症发生率维持在较低水平。结论:流动人口的避孕节育宣教工作不容忽视,提高广大妇女避孕节育知情选择的自觉性是降低人工流产率和重复流产率的主要措施;进一步加强麻醉镇痛人工流产负压吸引术的技术培训是当务之急。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the basic situation of quantity and quality of birth control surgery undertaken by family planning technical service institutions in Xicheng District of Beijing from 2006 to 2010, to master the changes of the types of birth control surgery in the past five years and the main reasons that affect the quality of birth control, and to make informed choice for contraception And counseling and guidance to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of family planning and technical services. Methods: A statistical analysis was made on the monthly reports on the quantity and quality of family planning operations reported by 21 medical institutions that carried out family planning technical services in Xicheng District, Beijing from 2006 to 2010. Results: The total number of family planning operations in medical and health care institutions engaged in family planning technical services in Xicheng District tended to decrease year by year. The number of birth control operations in rural areas registered a gradual increase and reached 51.55% of the total in 2009, surpassing that of local residents. Year painless abortion accounted for 30.33% in abortion, has exceeded the proportion of general abortion; Xicheng District, family planning complications remained at a low level. CONCLUSION: Contraception and birth control among migrant workers should not be neglected. Consciousness of informed choice of contraceptives among the majority of women is the main measure to reduce the rate of induced abortion and repeat abortion. Technical training to further enhance anesthesia and relieve induced abortion is as follows: Top priority.
