当前农村党员队伍纯洁性有下滑的趋势,主要表现为:部分农村党员理想信念弱化,宗旨观念逐渐淡化,利益观也发生偏差,缺乏开拓进取精神,甚至有堕落腐化倾向。鉴于此,必须加强党性修养和党性锻炼以增强农村党员队伍的纯洁性,立足社会主义新农村建设生动实践,狠抓党员干部特的思想教育和理想信念教育,严把入口、畅通出口,完善农村基层党组织管理制度,从培养共产主义远大理想和社会主义共同理想的坚定信仰者和忠实执行者入手。
