人本管理是从物本管理向前推进发展为“以人为中心”的一个新阶段。人本管理理念应用于图书馆管理实践,能够使图书馆员在工作中充分地调动发挥工作积极性、主动性和创造性,提高工作效率,增加工作业绩,更好地为读者服务。
Humanistic management is a new stage of pushing forward the development of material management as “people-oriented ”. The concept of human-based management should be applied to the practice of library management to enable librarians to fully mobilize their work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, improve work efficiency, increase work performance and serve the readers better.
