日益激烈的商业大战越来越多地影响到企业的盈利和发展,企业需要摆脱传统的营销模式,与客户之间建立一种互动关系,构建起企业的客户关系管理体系,从而提升客户满意度和忠诚度,来巩固企业在商场中的地位。本文运用人工神经网络的分类方法,以客户满意度为基础对客户进行分类,企业针对不同的客户群体采取相应的措施,从而达到自己的理想战略。
Increasingly, the increasingly fierce commercial wars affect the profitability and development of enterprises. Enterprises need to get rid of the traditional marketing model and establish an interactive relationship with their customers, and build up their CRM system so as to enhance customer satisfaction And loyalty, to consolidate the business in the mall status. This paper uses artificial neural network classification method to classify customers based on customer satisfaction. Enterprises take corresponding measures for different customer groups to achieve their own ideal strategy.
