翘嘴红鲌俗称白条、太rrrrrrrrn湖白鱼。该鱼个体大,生长rrrrrrrrn快,肉质洁白细嫩,味道鲜rrrrrrrrn美,为鱼中上品,是远近闻名rrrrrrrrn的“太湖三白(银鱼、白虾、翘rrrrrrrrn嘴红鲌)”之一。由于自然资rrrrrrrrn源日趋减少,市场需求量大,rrrrrrrrn价格高。因此,近几年人工养rrrrrrrrn殖在我国已呈星火燎原之rrrrrrrrn势。笔者2003-2004年承担rrrrrrrrn的江苏省水产三项工程“翘rrrrrrrrn嘴红鲌苗种繁殖及其养成技rrrrrrrrn术研究”项目,获得了验收鉴rrrrrrrrn定。现将其生物学特性和人rrrrrrrrn工养殖技术介绍如下,供养rrrrrrrrn殖者参考。
