美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)于2013年5月30日发布信息~([1]):硫酸镁注射液用于预防孕妇早产时,使用时间不可超过7 d,因该药可能导致胎儿血钙水平降低和骨骼疾病,包括骨质减少、骨折。硫酸镁注射液导致胎儿损害的最短用药时间目前尚不清楚。McGuinness等~([2])认为,孕妇接受硫酸镁治疗不会引起新生儿低血钙,而Holcomb等~([3])的研究发现长期静脉注射硫酸镁与新生儿骨矿化异常存在因果关系。硫酸镁注射液用于预防孕妇早产致胎儿骨骼异常已有报道。Wedig等~([4])报道1名怀有三胞胎的孕妇在妊娠22~30周连续使用硫酸镁
