在气相色谱分析中,选择操作条件的经常工作是根据分析对象,确定适宜的柱温和载气流速。我们应用二次多项式这一数学模型,来描述柱液和流速对总分离效果TS的影响: TS=β_0+β_1T+β_2V+β_3T~2+β_4TV+β_5V~2 式中T:柱温;V:载气流速;β_1:柱温与流速交互作用效应;β,β_2分别为柱温、流速效应;β_4,β_5分别为柱温、流速的二次效应。 令X_(?)=T,X_(?)=V,X_3=T~2,X_4=TV,X_5=V,则上式成为线性方程:
