七厘散为中医外科常用药(药店有成药出售),有活血化淤、消肿止痛的功效,适用于外伤血淤肿痛、出血扭伤等症。笔者根据该药的功效特点,将其外用治疗多种疾病,均获佳效。 外科疮疡:将七厘散5克,大黄粉50克混合均匀,加凡士林适量调为软膏备用。按患处面积大小,将药膏外涂患处,无菌纱布覆盖,胶布固定。每日换药1次,严重者每日换药2次,连用5～7天。适用于外科疮疡、化脓性指头炎、腱鞘炎、乳痈、跌打损伤等。
