采用真空实型铸造工艺制备一种铸渗SiC颗粒和Cr粉的铁基复合材料.在光学显微镜下观察了复合层的显微组织,并且测量了复合层的显微硬度和抗磨性能.结果表明:采用真空实型铸造工艺制备铁基颗粒复合材料是可行的;铁基复合材料有高的硬度和优良的耐磨性能,改善了铁基材料的性能,能够满足材料的耐磨性要求.
A vacuum solid casting process was used to prepare an iron-based composite material with SiC powder and Cr powder. The microstructure of the composite layer was observed under an optical microscope and the microhardness and wear resistance of the composite layer were measured. Results The results show that it is feasible to prepare Fe-based granular composite by vacuum solid casting process. The Fe-based composite material has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, improves the properties of Fe-based materials and meets the requirements of wear resistance.
