用TSH/FT4的对数/线性关系分析了245例临床甲亢甲减及亚临床甲亢甲减,探讨其对疾病的诊断演变及治疗监测评价。亚甲亢TSH<0.3mU/L,其中89%<0.03mU/L,与正常无重叠;FT4在正常范围内较对照组略高(P<0.001)。亚甲减TSH>5mU/L,平均为13±6.58mU/L;FT4在正常范围内较对照组略低(P<0.001)。TSH/FT4的对数/线性关系图能清楚反映甲状腺各功能状态位置点呈区域性分布,还反映出FT4微小的变化可引起TSH扩大反应形成亚临床疾病的特征性表现。
245 cases of clinical hyperthyroidism hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism hypothyroidism were analyzed with the logarithm / linear relationship of TSH / FT4 to explore the diagnosis of the disease evolution and treatment monitoring evaluation. Hyperthyroidism TSH <0.3mU / L, of which 89% <0.03mU / L, no overlap with normal; FT4 in the normal range slightly higher than the control group (P <0.001). Methyltransferase TSH> 5mU / L, with an average of 13 ± 6.58mU / L; FT4 in the normal range slightly lower than the control group (P <0.001). The log / linear relationship between TSH / FT4 clearly reflects the regional distribution of thyroid functional status points, and also shows that the small changes of FT4 can cause TSH expansion reaction to form the characteristic manifestation of subclinical disease.
