本文综合考虑影响高速公路交通安全的人、车、路、环境以及交通管理五个方面的因素,构建了高速公路交通安全预警评价指标体系,并应用模糊综合评价方法进行评价,以确定高速公路的安全状态,对应于建立的预警等级输出预警信号。结合徐宿淮盐高速公路的交通安全评价表明此交通安全预警体系有效可行,能够为交通管理部门和政府提供安全决策支持,防范于未然。
This paper comprehensively considers the factors that affect the traffic safety of expressway in five aspects: people, vehicles, roads, environment and traffic management, constructs the highway traffic safety early warning evaluation index system and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the expressway Safety status, corresponding to the establishment of the warning level output warning signal. Combining with the traffic safety evaluation of Xu-Su-Huai-Yan Expressway, it shows that this traffic safety early-warning system is effective and feasible, which can provide security decision support for traffic management department and government and prevent it in the first place.
