研究了制造工艺对AlTiB中间合金细化性能的影响。结果表明,高温反应合成的AlTiB中间合金中TiAl3相为粗大的条状;低温反应合成的该合金中TiAl3相为较小的块状。在短保持时间细化时,高温反应合成的该合金具有十分优异的细化性能;而在长保持时间细化时,高温反应合成的该合金表现出强烈的细化能力。冷却速度影响合金中TiB2相的分布。TiAl3相是影响该合金细化性能的主要因素。
The effect of manufacturing process on refining properties of AlTiB master alloy was studied. The results show that TiAl3 phase is coarse strip in the AlTiB master alloy synthesized by high temperature reaction. The TiAl3 phase in the alloy prepared by low temperature reaction is a small block. The alloy synthesized by high temperature reaction has a very good refining performance at the short holding time, while the alloy synthesized by the high temperature reaction shows a strong refining ability at the long holding time. The cooling rate affects the distribution of TiB2 phase in the alloy. TiAl3 phase is the main factor that affects the refinement performance of this alloy.
