光纤盘具可分为垂直型、内倾型和外倾型三种类型,以及有外缘式和中心式两种装夹方式。分析了两种装夹方式下光纤盘具的受力情况,并通过试验研究了三种类型的盘具在不同装夹方式下的形变情况,研究表明:对于两种装夹方式,中心式装夹方式造成的盘具形变量最大为0.358mm,优于外缘式装夹方式的0.496mm;对于外缘式装夹方式,应当尽量选择使用内倾型盘具,这样盘具的形变量最大仅为0.319mm。针对不同的光纤筛选复绕机,正确的选择光纤盘具可以减小盘具形变对光纤排线质量的影响。同时,对光纤盘具的耐温性能、抗压强度、法兰平整度等方面进行了评估,并给出了较为全面的参考依据,对于光纤制造商具有实际意义。
