The common mosquito species in Shanghai were 6 species of Culex pipiens pallens, 3 Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Anopheles sinensis, Aedes albopictus, Arim mosquito and Culex. . The results showed that the canid filariasis in Aedes albopictus, Anopheles sinensis, Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus fully developed; harassment of mosquito blood vomit, all into the Markov tube microfilaria full keratinization can not Development; brown pond Culex pipiens can not vampire, can not be observed. The prevalence of mosquito species in each test, Culex pipiens pallens highest, followed by Anopheles sinensis and Aedes albopictus, Culex tritaeniorhynchus lowest. The rate of development, Anopheles sinensis highest, followed by Aedes albopictus, Culex pipiens pallens and Culex tritaeniorhynchus mosquito lowest. The survival rate of mosquitoes, Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus highest, Culex tritaeniorhynchus followed, An. Sinensis lowest. According to Kartman’s (1954) proposed experimental infection index comparing the susceptibility of mosquito species, the mosquito species Aedes albopictus highest, Culex pipiens pallets and Anopheles sinensis second lowest Culex tritaeniorhynchus mosquito was the lowest. The dog blood absorption of each mosquito species, under laboratory conditions, Aedes albopictus highest, followed by Anopheles sinensis, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and harassment of mosquitoes and Culex pipiens second. The above test results indicate that among the four mosquitoes, Aedes albopictus is the most suitable test medium and may also be a natural vector. Anopheles sinensis is second to the other two species of Culex retroflexus, which is less important.
