在我国经济建设和社会发展过程中水利水电工程发挥着重要作用,目前我国水利水电枢纽工程数量众多,分布广泛,种类繁多,为我国农业生产、居民生活用水、工业发展和防洪减灾做出重要贡献。但是由于目前我国大部分水利工程都是建国初期修建的,经过多年运行出现很多问题,其中渗透就是较为严重的,这直接影响了我国经济的正常发展。因此我们有必要研究如何采取措施治理我国水利水电枢纽工程的渗透问题。
Water conservancy and hydropower projects play an important role in the process of economic construction and social development in our country. At present, there are a large number of water conservancy and hydropower projects in our country, which are widely distributed and varied in variety, making an important contribution to agricultural production, domestic water use, industrial development and flood control and disaster mitigation of our country . However, at present, most of the water conservancy projects in our country were built in the early days of the founding of New China. After many years of operation, many problems appeared, of which infiltration was more serious, which directly affected the normal economic development in our country. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study how to take measures to control the infiltration of hydropower projects in our country.
