金属切削加工过程中,刀具必然会发生磨损,但刀具的磨损规律是多种多样,磨损的原因也是各不相同。只有找出不同切削刀具、在不同切削条件下刀具磨损与已加工表面质量的变化规律,才能为金属切削加工提供指导依据,并进一步实现对金属切削加工过程的有效控制。为此,笔者进行了硬质合金薄切削铝合金的实验,以探究硬质合金刀具磨损过程中已加工表面质量的变化规律,以及刀刃钝圆半径的变化与刀具磨损状态之间的联系。
