采用光学显微镜和透射电镜观察了两次时效的GH80A合金的显微组织 ,其特征为 :①晶内存在大小两种尺寸的γ′ ;②晶界析出不连续的近球形M2 3C6碳化物 ;③晶界存在尺寸较大的γ′相。作者认为这种组织特征是两次时效的GH80A合金具有优良性能的主要原因
The microstructures of two aged GH80A alloys were observed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The microstructures of GH80A alloy were characterized by: (1) γ ’in both size and size; (2) discontinuous near-spherical M2 3C6 carbide in grain boundaries; Grain boundaries exist in larger γ ’phases. The author believes that this organizational feature is the main reason for the excellent performance of GH80A alloys that are twice-aged
