免疫 P C R 为一种高敏感度检测抗原的新技术, 操作程序大多沿袭 E L I S A 方法. 用戊二醛作连接剂, 将蛋白质高效率包被在普通 P C R 管内壁, 使免疫及 P C R 反应用普通 P C R 仪得以在管中连贯地进行. 实验结果表明,标准曲线的线性关系好, 与 E L I S A 方法比较敏感度高出约10 5 . 这一改良法的建立, 可望促进免疫 P C R 的普及应用
Immune P C R is a new technique for high-sensitivity detection of antigens. Most of the procedures follow the E L I S A method. Using glutaraldehyde as the linker, the protein was efficiently coated on the inner wall of an ordinary P C R tube to allow immunization and P C R reactions to be performed consistently in the tube using a conventional P C R instrument. The experimental results show that the standard curve has a good linear relationship, which is about 105 higher than the E L I S A method. The establishment of this improved law is expected to promote the popularization and application of immune P C R
