随着以美、苏为首的两极严重对峙的国际战略格局的终结,以综合国力为基础的国际性对抗竞争日益加剧。为此,各国针对现代新的形势,调整了各自的武器科技的发展,以巩固和增强本国的军事实力。 从世界各国和各地区尤其是军事大国(美、俄)发展武器科技的总体思路和实施情况来看,世界未来战争所用的武器将具有下述新特点。
With the end of the international strategic pattern of bipolar serious confrontation headed by the United States and the Soviet Union, the international confrontational competition based on comprehensive national strength has been increasingly aggravated. To this end, various countries have adjusted the development of their respective weapon technologies in the light of the new situation in modern times so as to consolidate and enhance their military strength.
