[Objective] To understand the status quo of high risk behavior of AIDS knowledge and attitude among officers and soldiers at the grassroots level and analyze the influencing factors. [Method] A survey of 479 officers and soldiers in a grassroots unit of AIDS knowledge, attitude and risk behavior was conducted. [Results] (1) The highest correct answer rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 95.20%, the lowest was 29.65%; the highest expected rate of attitude was 86.01 %%, the lowest was 27.77%; the highest expected rate of high-risk behavior was 92.90%, the lowest was 53.45%. The correct answer rate of AIDS prevention measures was 83.73%, the lowest was 45.30%. (2) Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the total scores were related to age and academic qualifications (t = 2.37, t = 2.18, P <0.05), and no significant difference with family resident and military age (T = 0.89, t = 0.96, P> 0.05). The knowledge, attitude, behavior score and total scores of 24-year-old officers and men were significantly higher than those of 20-year-old and below (P <0.05). College degree or above, their behavior scores and scores were significantly higher than those with secondary and below (P <0.05). (3) The correlation analysis found that behavior and knowledge, behavior and attitude, attitude and knowledge were positively correlated (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The officers and soldiers at the grassroots units of the armed forces have not mastered the knowledge about AIDS, and their attitudes and behaviors are not optimistic. AIDS-related knowledge education should be strengthened at the grassroots level, so as to correct their attitudes and guide their behaviors so as to promote the health of officers and men. Guarantee the combat effectiveness of troops.
