目的:研究静脉输注脂肪乳剂对大鼠急性坏死性胰腺炎早期脂质介质的影响。方法:逆行胰管注射3%牛磺胆酸钠建立SD大鼠坏死性胰腺炎动物模型,通过颈内静脉营养支持72小时,测定4、48、72小时血清淀粉酶、TXB2、6ketoPGF1α、PGE2,72小时行胰腺组织病理学评分。结果:4小时胰腺炎组大鼠血前列腺素类物质均增高,应用脂肪乳剂后可增加血6ketoPGF1α(糖脂组1569±1173pmol/L;全糖组291±61pmol/L,P<005)、PGE2(脂肪组614±15pmol/L;全糖组287±9pmol/L,P<005)含量,病理学评分全糖组和糖脂组间无差异。结论:坏死性胰腺炎早期应用脂肪乳剂后可促进抗炎效应前列腺素的产生
Objective: To study the effect of intravenous fat emulsion on early lipid media in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis. Methods: Animal models of necrotizing pancreatitis in SD rats were established by injection of 3% sodium taurocholate into the retrograde pancreatic duct.
