一、概述: 我厂减压塔顶冷凝冷却系统采用管壳式冷却器,间接冷却。共有六台浮头式冷却器,六台蒸汽喷射泵。其中减顶抽空冷凝器三台(冷006/1、2、3),在这三台冷凝器之前原有二台大型蒸汽喷射泵,因实际操作中对提高真空度作用不大,几乎没有使用过,于七○年十月拆除。一级抽空冷凝器二台(冷007/1、2),有四台蒸汽喷射泵分二头进入冷007,二级抽空冷凝器一台(冷008),二台蒸汽喷射泵分二头进入。操作工艺参数见表~1。根据冷凝水分析,该处的腐蚀类型均属H_2S—HCL—H_2O腐蚀,但冷006、007、008的腐蚀程度有所不同。在未采取防腐措施前,其腐蚀速度与常压空冷器一样,特别是007、008仅使用170天左右全部换新。随着防腐措施逐步完善,腐蚀速度有所减缓,但不如常压低温轻油部位效果明显,腐蚀速度仍在1毫米/年左右,有时冷凝水颜色变黑,
