日前,临城县政协委员张勇海被中国中医药联合会吸收为正式会员,这对于一个普普通通的农民来说,算得上是不小的荣誉了。1993年,张勇海创办起农村科技书屋。他每年都要自费订阅科技报刊40余份,义务向农民推广各类科技知识,受到当地群众的欢迎。他自己则醉心于中医研究,投资3万多元搜集整理编写了中医治疗各类病症的技术资料48册,计500多万字。为此,今年4月,张勇海代表河北省中医界,应邀出席了在北京中国中医研究院举办的’99国际远程针灸临床研究研讨会。会上,他发表了学术论文《中风针灸疗法》,受到与会各国专家的肯定和好评,被中国中医药联合会吸纳为会员。
Recently, Zhang Yonghai, a member of the CPPCC National Committee in Lincheng County, was absorbed as an official member by the China Federation of Chinese Medicine, which is an honor for an ordinary farmer. In 1993, Zhang Yonghai set up a rural science and technology bookstore. Every year, he subscribes to more than 40 scientific newspapers and periodicals at his own expense, and he is obliged to promote various scientific and technological knowledge to farmers and is welcomed by the local people. He is obsessed with Chinese medicine research, invest more than 30,000 yuan to collect and compile a collection of technical information on various types of Chinese medicine treatment of 48 volumes, more than 500 million words. To this end, in April this year, Zhang Yonghai on behalf of the Chinese medicine industry in Hebei Province, was invited to attend the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing ’99 international long-distance acupuncture clinical research seminar. At the meeting, he published a dissertation, “Stroke Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy,” which was recognized and praised by experts from all participating countries and absorbed by the Chinese Federation of Chinese Medicine as a member.
