为了培养学生的责任意识、团队精神、集体荣誉感以及尊重别人劳动成果的优良品质,从学生的长远发展入手,养成良好的行为习惯、思维品质、处事能力,使学生在班级建设中乐于参与,愿于分享,真诚尊重,实现班级管理上的“人人有事做,事事有人做,人人都是责任人,人人都是管理者”的管理模式。在学生班级管理策略上,笔者所在的学校主要从以下几方面着手实施有效管理,共同人分享,敬请指正。
