枸橼酸鈉注射液,在一般注射液中,是比較不易做好的一种。因为在貯存时期,很容易变質,产生渾濁现象,或者产生許多小白点。甚至在灭菌后即有这种現象,以致廢品率很高,有时可能整批不能出厂。根据生产厂几年来的經驗,与1956年夏在上海召开的全国針片剂生产經驗交流会上的共同討論,知道产生这个情况的原因很多,与处方,原料,配制方法,安瓿玻璃,等等都有关系。处方:处方方面,中国药典刊佈之前多用下列处方:
