The author of this paper carried out a dynamic observation of cardiovascular disease risk factors in Heilongjiang province for 10 years, and proposed its changing trends and characteristics, which provided effective diagnosis and treatment measures for reducing the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
