近年来国外文献报道冠心病人患胆结石明显增多。胆结石的发生与多种因素有关。国内从预防医学角度研究其病因报道尚少,本文应用流行病学方法对冠心病人胆结石好发因素进行了初次探讨。材料与方法:研究对象来自江苏省人民医院1980—1984年住过院的冠心病人,从中选择75例患有胆结石者为病例组,75例无胆结石者为对照组。按流行病学方法进行1:1配比,共75对,其中男54对、女21对。年龄在40～69岁范围。冠心病诊断按1980年全国
In recent years, foreign literature reported coronary heart disease patients with gallstones increased significantly. The occurrence of gallstones and a variety of factors. In our country, there are few reports on the etiological factors from the point of view of preventive medicine. In this paper, epidemiological methods were used to investigate the main causes of gallstone in patients with coronary heart disease.
