利用醛基的成肟反应，用双波长法、三波长法同时测定乙醛酸、乙二醛的含量。它们的回收率分别为１００．９％～１０２．３％（ｎ＝６）和９６．８％～１０３．０％（ｎ＝１１）。
Using aldehyde oxime reaction, with dual wavelength method, three wavelength method for the simultaneous determination of glyoxylate, glyoxal content. Their recoveries were 100.9% -102.3% (n = 6) and 96.8% -103.0% (n = 11), respectively.
