在这封读者来信中。这位读者谈了自己对于岗位培训中“规范化”问题的理解。“规范化”问题对于岗位培训的实际工作有很大影响,涉及到岗位培训与非岗位培训的区分(如这位读者就将“岗位练兵”排除在岗位培训之外)、规范与非规范、如何制定规范等等问题。当然这些问题要取得一致的看法是很难的,但讨论一下,总有利于扩展视野、廓清思路。故在“问题讨论”栏中刊发此信,并望广大读者各抒己见。
