基层党校是党委的重要部门,是培养广大党员领导干部理修养的重要阵地,肩负着为我党组织培养和轮训各级领导干部的重要使命。县级党校属于基层党校,和基层党员干部接触最为密切,培训教育的对象主要是我国基层党员干部。在全新的历史时期,基层党校要深刻认识到自身所承担的艰巨使命,不断革新观念,大胆创新,这样才能显著提升基层党校的教育工作水平。本文主要结合实际情况,就基层党校干部教育工作进行了分析,希望通过本次研究对同行有所帮助。
