金融是现代经济运行的核心和枢纽,金融在国民经济社会发展中具有重要的作用。随着我国金融体制改革的不断深化,各种影响金融体系稳定的因素日益积聚。加强金融监管,防范金融风险,维护金融业的安全与稳定,是金融业健康发展的重要标志,也是金融业监管的重要目标和一直的价值追求。文章通过对我国现行监管法律体系存在的缺陷的剖析,提出了进一步改进和完善金融监管的路径,使之符合新形势的发展。
Finance is the core and hub of the modern economic operation, and finance plays an important role in the national economic and social development. With the continuous deepening of China’s financial system reform, various factors that affect the stability of the financial system are increasingly accumulated. Strengthening financial supervision, guarding against financial risks and safeguarding the security and stability of the financial industry are important hallmarks of the healthy development of the financial industry. They are also an important goal and a constant pursuit of value for the financial industry. Through the analysis of the defects of the current regulatory legal system in our country, the article puts forward the path of further improving and perfecting the financial supervision so as to make it conform to the new situation.
