供电企业中,干部管理是整个企业管理工作中的一个重要组成部分,关系到整个企业管理工作的效率和水平。干部管理的生命周期主要分为干部的选拔、成长、成熟、成就到退休这五个阶段。在这五个阶段中,要关注干部在每个阶段的成长变化,根据这些变化作出相应的管理调整,以提高管理效率,规范干部管理工作。
Among the power supply enterprises, cadre management is an important component of the entire enterprise management work, and relates to the efficiency and level of the entire enterprise management work. The life cycle of cadre management can be divided into five stages: the selection, growth, maturity and achievements of retirees. In these five stages, we should pay attention to the changes in the growth of cadres at each stage and make corresponding management adjustments based on these changes in order to improve management efficiency and standardize the management of cadres.
