三峡工程永久船闸侧墙为衬砌式钢筋砼墙,厚1.5~2.1m,一般每12m 设一横缝。墙内按1.5m×1.5m 设高强锚杆,锚杆伸出墙面30cm,影响仓内砼浇筑,加之墙面平整度要求高,经多方比较,选用了单侧分离式滑模施工方案。应用效果表明,若使用通常的组合钢模板施工,每层3m,每月上升2.5层,则每区需4个月,而滑模只需2个月便可浇到顶。
The permanent shiplock sidewall of the Three Gorges Project is a lining type reinforced concrete wall with a thickness of 1.5-2.1m and a transverse seam of 12m each. Wall by 1.5m × 1.5m high-strength bolt, bolt out of the wall 30cm, affecting the warehouse concrete pouring, combined with high requirements of the wall smoothness, the multi-party comparison, the selection of a single-sided sliding mode construction program. Application results show that if using the usual composite steel formwork construction, each layer 3m, rising 2.5 layers per month, each district takes 4 months, while the sliding mode in just 2 months can be poured to the top.
