6月19日,外经贸部发展司对外经贸研究编辑部、计财司、国际商报等单位联合召开了“外经贸企业资本经营问题研讨会”,邀请有关部门、学术研究单位和部分外贸企业的专家参加了会议。会上,大家就外经贸企业资本(资产)经营的概念、内涵、规律,外经贸企业经营模式由商品经营向资本经营转变的必要性、紧迫性,外经贸企业开展资本经营需要注意的问题及步骤、对策措施等,进行了较为深入的研讨和交流。现将研讨的主要观点评介如下。
