2007年1月1日起,死刑核准权收归最高人民法院。此举应该说是中国法律改革的一个重要举措,是司法文明的一大进步,从法律层面体现出对人的生命的尊重。在我国的法律判决书上,经常可以看到这样的文字:剥夺政治权利终身。此条是对重罪犯人政治生命的判决,这是不是中国所独有,不得而知。在中国人心目中,除了生物体的生命之外,似乎还有一个政治生命,这也是法律赋予的。
January 1, 2007 onwards, the death penalty approved by the Supreme People’s Court. This should be said that China is an important measure of law reform, a major step forward in judicial civilization, from the legal level to reflect the respect for human life. Of the legal judgments in our country, we often see such words as deprivation of political rights for life. This article is a verdict on the political life of a felony prisoner. It is not unique to China and it is not known. In the eyes of the Chinese people, in addition to the life of living organisms, there seems to be a political life, which is also given by law.
