小学阶段每个年级的学生,由于年龄层次的不同,而且同一年级各班在身体素质和主观学习意识的努力程度上也不同,决定了一个班级的学生在体育知识、技能和技巧的学习上,存在着明显的能力差异和个性差异。这就要求教师应对各种不同的学生,采取针对性的措施,实施有差异的分组、分层教学,面向全体学生,进行因材施教。这也是培养学生的竞争意识,以适应未来社会激烈竞争的需要。下面就谈谈我在体育课堂中实施分组、分层教学的一些做法:
