本文针对水库设计供水期保证电量计算方法存在的问题,和发电与灌溉用水等矛盾,应用系统工程多目标决策,和增量动态规划与分析相结合的方法,提出了能使电力系统基建投资省、保证电量大、和灌溉用水多的综合利用效益高的优化方案;同时还得出了具有长期予报的水库供水期最优调度的一般规律,应用该规律能迅速方便地得出最优方案。
