Recurrent spontaneous abortion - Failure of three or more consecutive pregnancies affects 1% of couples of childbearing age, much higher than randomized prediction (0.34%). Among women who have recurrent abortion, polycystic ovary (PCO) is the most common and discriminating morphologic abnormality under ultrasound scan. In order to investigate whether the PCO morphology itself predicts recurrent spontaneous pregnancies, miscarried ovulation women will experience poor pregnancy outcomes.
