锅炉电控系统是锅炉运行的操作命脉,其质量的好坏对锅炉安全运行的影响,是不容忽视的。从本地区锅炉电控设备的安装情况看,其设备和设备性能大部分都存在这样或那样的问题,主要是:接线错误、自动给水系统失灵或不工作、水位报警不正确、电控系统设计不尽合理等等。现分述如下。 1 接线错误这是锅炉电控系统普遍存在的问题。少则几根、多则十几根不等。造成的后果是:电器不能启动或部分不能启动,仪表显示失灵、电路短路、同时将电器零部件烧坏。 2 自动给水系统失灵甚至不工作。在本地区的安装史上只有极少数的几次获得圆满成功。主要问题是:自动给水系统不跟踪水位变化信号,或跟踪不正常。通过对各生产厂家电控原理图的比较分析后认为:电路设计不当也是造成该系统不正常的主要原因之一。
